Doris E. Wyatt          Send Condolences

Doris E. Hudnall Wyatt, 85, of Cedar Grove passed away on Friday, June 15, 2012, at CAMC Memorial Hospital, Charleston, after a short illness.

Doris was a lifelong resident of Cedar Grove and a member of the Cedar Grove United Methodist Church. She was a retired clerk of Big Star Supermarket, Cedar Grove.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Wyatt; her parents, Roscoe and Blanche Hudnall; brothers, Lloyd, Jim, Ed, John and Frank Hudnall; and granddaughter, Erica Dawn White.

She is survived by her daughters, Diana Lynn (Bill) Meadows of East Bank and Sue (Bob) White of Cedar Grove; grandchildren, Shawn (Shannon) Wood, Alan (Krisene) Wood and Stephanie (Roger) Legg; great-grandchildren, Brittney, Chelsea, Tres, Taylor and Charlee; and sisters, Ruby Jones of Parkersburg and Nancy Frye of Maryland.

Service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at the Cooke Funeral Home Chapel, 600 Old Fort St., Cedar Grove, with the Rev. H.B. White Jr. and the Rev. Dave Biondi officiating. Burial will follow the service at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens, Glasgow.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 18, at the funeral home.
