Carroll L. Hager Send Condolences
Carroll L. "Windy" Hager, 69, of Glasgow, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 13, at CAMC Memorial Division, Charleston, after a long illness.
Windy was the owner and operator of Hager's Auto Sales in Cedar Grove. During Windy's lifetime he operated several other businesses, such as gas stations, a nightclub and a restaurant.
Windy was preceded in death by his parents, Lyle and Lorena Hager; his loving Wife of 48 years, Betty Hager; and son, Michael Hager.
Surviving are his children, Sam Hager of Glasgow, Susan Hitt of Kimberly, Carol Riley of Powellton, Shelly Hager, Scott Groth, Travis (Shauna) Hager and Zachary Hager, all of Glasgow; grandchildren, Elizabeth Perdue, Ashley Riley, Chad Riley, Wendy Perdue and Dustin Perdue; and five great-grandchildren.
Service will be 1 p.m. Sunday, June 17, at Cooke Funeral Home Chapel, 600 Old Fort St., Cedar Grove, with Pastor Joe Darlington officiating. Burial will follow the service in Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens, Glasgow.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 16, at Cooke Funeral Home Chapel, Cedar Grove.
