Franklin D. Adkins Jr. Send Condolences
Franklin D. “Jay Bird” Adkins Jr., 48, of Dutch Ridge left this world March 6, 2010.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin and Deloris Adkins; son, Franklin D Adkins III; and stepson, Shane Shuler.
He is survived by his wife, Lynn Adkins; daughter, Kerri Osborne and her husband, Anthony; grandchildren, Hailey, Sophie, and Adrian; stepchildren, Jenifer, Stephanie, Jody and Anthony; sisters and their husbands, Lynn and Edward Rider, Carol and Paul Petry, and Dewella and Gary Sheldon; and many nieces and nephews.
Jay Bird loved the outdoors. He is at peace with himself now. We love you and miss you.
His wishes were to be cremated; there will be no service.
