Billie G. Moore Send Condolences
Billie Gene Moore, 68, of Belle was called home to the Lord on February 8, 2010, at home with his loving wife and daughter (Princess) by his side.
Bill was given a second chance on October 26, 2004, when he was the recipient of a double lung transplant. He was a true living miracle and evidence of how great God is. Bill was the owner of Twin Hills Family Restaurant and Shrewsbury Auction. He was well known in his community for his kindness and generosity.
All who knew him loved him. He will be terribly missed by all of his family, friends and “Auction buddies.”
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Faye Moore; parents, C.V. Moore and Macel Slayton Moore; brothers, Ray and Roger Moore; and sister, Kay Stafford.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Dillard Moore; son and wife, Mark and Melanie Moore of Elkhart, Indiana, and Michael Moore of Campbells Creek; daughter and husband, Jo and James Thomas of Belle; stepchildren; Lisa Dorado of Witcher, Lora and Bo Wendell, Misty and Mike Roop, both of Shrewsbury, P.J. and Amanda Johnson of Cedar Grove, Jody Johnson of Belle, Tracey and Sean O’Shea of California; brothers and wives, Chuck and Kay Moore of Belle, Jack and Diane Moore of Elkhart, Indiana, Lee and Dale Medford of Witcher, Joyce Boggs also of Witcher, James and Donna Moore of Elkhart, Indiana; 21 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
