Elsie A. Smith Send Condolences
Elsie A. Smith, 97, of Nitro passed away Monday, December 21, 2009, at Golden Living Center, St. Albans.
She was a homemaker and a member of Nitro United Baptist Church and the United Baptist Mission.
She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Okey Smith; brothers; Ottie, Herbert, Roy, Garlet, and Romie Rhodes; and sister, Theresa Casdorph.
She is survived by a host of nephews and nieces.
