Edith E. Tucker Send Condolences
Edith E. Tucker, 82, of Nitro, formerly of Cannelton, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2009, at home after a long illness.
Edith was a retired bookkeeper for G.C. Murphy, Montgomery. She was a member of Campbell Memorial Baptist Church, Smithers.
Surviving: husband, Lester H. Tucker at home; son, Richard W. Proctor and his wife, Rita, of Buffalo, Lester H. Tucker and his wife, Barbara, and Charles R. Tucker and his wife, Mary, all of Mansfield, Ohio, and Harry M. Tucker of Nitro; daughter, Heidi M. Felty of Charleston; sister, Mable Walker of Fayetteville, N.C.; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; and special friend and helper, Ashley Martin and daughter, Boo.
