Lucille G. Hampton          Send Condolences

Lucille Graley Hampton, 91, of Whitesville went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, November 24, 2009. She resided with her daughter and granddaughter of Cross Lanes.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Peachie Hill Browning of Julian; three sisters, Thelma, Orpha, and Emma; six brothers, Dale, Roy, Ted, Deward, Dewey, and Harold; three children, Betty Jean Cantley, Jo Ann Ewing, Ernest “Howard” Graley Jr.; great-grandson, Timothy Graley; two late husbands, “Ernest” Howard Graley Sr. and Edgar Hampton; and daughter-in-law, Darleen Graley.

Lucille is survived by her daughter, Sherry Graley Clay; five grandchildren, Jennifer and Jarrett Clay, Timothy Graley, Debbie Deardoff and Michelle; two great-grandchildren, Jeanna, and Crissy Graley; four great-great-grandchildren, Connor and Anna Clay, and Avery and Aubrey Williams; several nieces and nephews; and son-in-law, George Cantley.

We give the Lord thanks for the blessing she was in each of our lives.
