Betty J. Malcolm Send Condolences
Betty Jo Lane Malcolm, 75, of Shrewsbury died Wednesday, November 18th, 2009.
She was a homemaker and a Christian and a member of Shrewsbury Community Church where she was secretary for 20 years. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Gordon Malcolm, mother and father, Audrey Mae Hackworth Lane and Joe Lane; sister Juanita Withrow, Judy Coleman; brothers, Harold Lane, Shirley Lane, Jackie Lane, James Robert Lane.
She is survived by her son, Darrell G. Malcolm of Shrewsbury; daughters, Donna Reynolds of Charleston, Katrina (David) Pauley of Amma, Audrey (John) Herald of Cedar Grove; grandchildren Heather (Jeremy) Spradling of Charleston, Hayleigh Herald of Cedar Grove. She is also survived by sisters, Phyllis Lockridge of Chelyan, Sue Lawson of N.C., Naytoma Persinger of Shrewsbury, Martha Green of Shrewsbury and Mary Eadds of Richmond Va.; and one brother, Burl Lane of Mammoth. Special nieces, Sandy and Cassy Johnson of Shrewsbury, also survive.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Shrewsbury Community Church, Center Ave., Shrewsbury, W.Va.
